Cancellation Policy
At Wildflower Salon, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a fee equivalent to 50% of the missed service. Additionally, any no-call/no-show occurrences will incur a charge and may result in a ban from future bookings. We’d appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
